The South Cowichan Life is delivered by Canada Post every month throughout the Malahat, Mill Bay, Shawnigan Lake, Cobble Hill and Cowichan Bay. Copy for advertising must reach us by the first Monday of each month. For contract customers we will repeat the previous copy if a new advertisement has not been received.
